When inner awakening happens, outer opportunities appear.

These terms apply to your registration for "Express & Explore", a 3-day, 2-night retreat at Yelagiri on 20–22 November 2026, organised by The Infinite Brain ("we", "us"). By registering and paying, you accept them.

1. Registration and confirmation

Your place is confirmed only after full payment is received and you have the confirmation message from us. Details you provide must be accurate and complete.

2. Identity verification

We collect the type and full number of the government ID you will carry, to verify your identity at venue check-in. Please carry the same original ID to the retreat. See the Privacy Policy for how we keep it.

3. Nature of the program

This is a personal growth and self-awareness retreat. It is not medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment and does not replace professional care. If you have a medical or mental health condition, take medication or are pregnant, please consult your doctor before attending and tell us if it affects your participation.

4. Your responsibility

You take part voluntarily and are responsible for your own health, safety and belongings. Please follow the facilitator's and venue's guidance during the retreat. Results and personal experiences vary and are not guaranteed.

5. Conduct

Treat other participants, the facilitators and the venue with respect. Alcohol, tobacco and recreational drugs are not permitted during the program. We may ask a participant to leave if their conduct disrupts the retreat or affects others' safety, without refund.

6. Photos and videos

We may photograph and record the retreat. By registering, you allow The Infinite Brain to use photos and videos in which you appear for promotion, including our website, social media, advertising and marketing material, without payment, unless you tell our team personally that you do not want this: in person at the retreat, by call, or by WhatsApp message to +91 96779 01514. Opting out does not affect your place.

7. Changes to the program

We may change the schedule, facilitators or venue arrangements where needed for safety, weather or other circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you as early as we can.

8. Payments, refunds and transport

Payments are processed through Cashfree. Registration is non-refundable; see the Refund Policy.

The registration fee includes stay and food at the retreat and is inclusive of GST. To claim GST, share a valid GSTN when you register. Transport, including travel between Chennai and Yelagiri, is not included; please speak to our team if you need help arranging it.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Infinite Brain is not liable for loss, injury or damage to participants or their belongings during travel to, from or at the retreat, except where caused by our proven negligence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
