These terms apply to your registration for "Express & Explore", a 3-day, 2-night retreat at Yelagiri on 20–22 November 2026, organised by The Infinite Brain ("we", "us"). By registering and paying, you accept them.

1. Registration and confirmation

Your place is confirmed only after full payment is received and you have the confirmation message from us. Details you provide must be accurate and complete.

2. Identity verification

We record the type of government ID you will carry and the last 4 characters of its number, for registration and venue check-in. Please carry the same original ID to the retreat.

3. Nature of the program

This is a personal growth and self-awareness retreat. It is not medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment and does not replace professional care. If you have a medical or mental health condition, take medication or are pregnant, please consult your doctor before attending and tell us if it affects your participation.

4. Your responsibility

You take part voluntarily and are responsible for your own health, safety and belongings. Please follow the facilitator's and venue's guidance during the retreat. Results and personal experiences vary and are not guaranteed.

5. Conduct

Treat other participants, the facilitators and the venue with respect. Alcohol, tobacco and recreational drugs are not permitted during the program. We may ask a participant to leave if their conduct disrupts the retreat or affects others' safety, without refund.

6. Photos and videos

We may photograph and record the retreat. You allow The Infinite Brain to use photos and videos in which you appear for promotion, including our website, social media, advertising and marketing material, without payment, unless you opt out. To opt out, tick the box on the registration form, or tell us in writing (WhatsApp is fine) before the retreat begins. Opting out does not affect your place.

7. Changes to the program

We may change the schedule, facilitators or venue arrangements where needed for safety, weather or other circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you as early as we can.

8. Payments, refunds and transport

Payments are processed through Cashfree. Registration is non-refundable; see the Refund Policy. Optional add-ons, where offered, are listed on the form.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Infinite Brain is not liable for loss, injury or damage to participants or their belongings during travel to, from or at the retreat, except where caused by our proven negligence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

What we collect

• Name, phone, WhatsApp number, email, age, city and occupation
• The type of government ID you will carry and the last 4 characters of its number
• Details of any earlier program you attended (optional)
• GSTIN, registered business name and address, only if you ask for a GST invoice
• Your payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Cashfree; we do not see or store them.
• Your photo and video preference

Why we collect it

• To register you, confirm your payment, issue your invoice (including a GST invoice if you ask for one) and manage the retreat
• To verify identity at venue check-in
• To contact you on phone, WhatsApp and email about this retreat, including updates, reminders and logistics
• To keep you informed about future programs, where you have not asked us to stop

Who we share it with

Only with service providers needed to run the registration and the retreat, such as our payment gateway (Cashfree), our booking and messaging tools, and the venue where required for check-in. We do not sell your personal data.

Government ID

We keep only the ID type and the last 4 characters of the number, used only to match you at check-in for this retreat. We delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose.

Storage and retention

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop marketing messages, at any time by contacting us on +91 96779 01514 or +91 99622 04768. You can also opt out of photo and video use as described in the Terms & Conditions.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the latest version on this page.

Registration is non-refundable

Fees paid for "Express & Explore" (including any add-ons such as transport) are non-refundable once payment is made. This applies to cancellation, no-show, late arrival, early departure, or inability to attend for any reason.

If we cancel

If The Infinite Brain cancels or postpones the retreat, we will contact you with the options available to you.

Payment errors

If you are charged twice or an incorrect amount because of a technical error, tell us with your payment reference and we will correct it.
